CCAB-sponsored fellowships: Mitacs cluster for glioblastoma project

May 2016 – CCAB is sponsoring a group of trainees under the supervision of Drs. Jason Moffat (University of Toronto) and Sheila Singh (McMaster University) through a Mitacs Accelerate Cluster Project that will focus on developing novel candidate therapeutics for the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM), a deadly form of brain cancer. The talented trainees include: Allison Nixon, Graduate Student, University of Toronto; Megha Chandrashekhar, Graduate Student, University of Toronto; Dr. Jaspal Singh, Postdoctoral Fellow, University of Toronto; Nicolas Yelle, Graduate Student, McMaster University.  Read project abstract here.
